Chilli. 🍜 Instead of a pasta, I put Zuch Spirals in my chilli with Low Salt V8 Juice, 1 lb Hamburger (cooked before adding) 3 cans light kidney beans. An s 15bou can of chopped tomatoes. Amish seasoning and Himalayan Pink Salt & Chilli powder. In crock pot for 3 hours in Hi first hr. Low last 2 hrs
