I'm reading this book which is neither fiction nor non fiction, "Conviction of a Time Traveler" which republishes 8chan posts of #[9202], that were posted in 2000-1, with analysis.
Out of curiosity, I looked up some of the terms.
I found that a University of Texas man, a quantum physicist with a Phd wrote a serious post about it, built a working time machine, travelled "back 10 min," and is asking for input from other sciency types. He was immediately shut up. https://www.scienceforums.net/....profile/126885-willi
