On top of that, Nancy's brother is a known rapist! He and 12 others raped two girls, one 11 years old and the other 13 years old. The only one to have the charges dropped by the judge was Nancy's brother. Yet, SOMEHOW, all of these FBI cases were sealed closed until the other day.
