PROBLEM IS: Try looking it up - you already have the FACT CHECKERS claiming that Potus DID NOT sign the Insurrection Act - YES HE DID!!!
THEY (MSM) ARE TRYING TO TELL THE PEOPLE ITS THE SAME AS MARTIAL LAW AND ITS NOT!!!!!
