it never really hit me on what level today's youth is brainwashed to the point of being dangerous ..... issue ... my phone was having some problems so after several attempts the help desk sent me to the verizon store to have the SIM card swapped out .... two different stores and the folks there, in BOTH places, were more interested in why I wasn't wearing a proper mask instead of asking about my phone and the help desk recommendations .... needless to say after 30 years with Verizon they have been replaced and have lost a loyal customer
