Hi everyone; sorry I haven't been around for a while. One reason is I have been working on a few online classes I am working on; Anatomy, medical terminology and Criminal Law. The other reason, I had been having trouble posting and I kept getting frustrated by having to post, remove, repost, several times before having any success; thirdly, well, I am so disappointed by what is going on in the world today.

I am sitting here watching CPAC; I'm hearing a lot of the same things we already know; when are we going to hear what we have waited to hear for years, and will we? I just do not know anymore, but what I do know is this; my God is still in control and when we place anyone before God and expect them to do what only God can do, we are beginning to slip down a mighty steep slope.

God is going to be the only one Who is able to get us out of the mess we find ourselves in today; only He can step in and stop the ruination of this nation and the destruction of our children. Only GOD.

The Bible tells us not to place to many expectations in man because man will disappoint us; we must only place our hope and expectations in the One True God and Savior Jesus Christ. He alone knows the end from the beginning, He alone is the author and finisher of our faith. I guess what I am asking you, is this.

Where your faith and who is it placed in? Is placed in man and not the Creator of Man? Is it placed in someone who is bound by earthly power and restrictions or is it in God who has no restrictions and is all powerful?

I feel as though I need to ask Him forgiveness due to the fact that I had begun to slide down the slippery slope myself and I began looking towards earthly man to save us from problems and not the Creator of Man who knows what problems we are facing and will face: next week, next year and forever.
