This is the old Plum Island Lab that Obama quietly made a Level 4 (Agricultural & Human) from a level 3 (Agricultural only). Now they are moving it to center America in the middle of our food supply/beef belt. In tornado alley, and an area prone to major flooding.
Research all the mishaps of Plum Island. Look at what happened in Wuhan. While they have everyone distracted they are planning their new age biological warfare on the people via viruses and likely attacking our food supply.
