NEW: Like clockwork—A group of 100+ crosses right around sunrise in the Eagle Pass area.
Lately they have been crossing into neighborhoods since Shelby Park is closed off. They are then transported and processed—Many will be given a notice to appear which is likely 2-5 years out.
Lt. Chris Olivarez says this is manageable right now but they are prepared for anything.
