Operation Toussaint: Operation Underground Railroad & the Fight to End Modern Day Slavery (Feature)

Not sure how many read this article, or even seen it, but it was posted yesterday and it really started getting me to ponder. A few questions came to mind while reading and when I finished. They were: Why wouldn't he (Secretary of Defense) deploy the military? Why did he (Secretary of Defense) purposely defy the President's orders? And lastly, why wouldn't he publicly defend our President on key issues?
Now, I dont know about you, but I do know that when your boss, especially the President, asks you to do your job, you DO it. POTUS wanted to protect our country during these riots and make sure we were safe, but numbskull wouldn't listen.
So.....where did his intentions stand? And to whom was he devoted to? Definitely not to POTUS or our country.
