What I found concerning the Hebrew is that it is a LETTER/NUMBER system. The numbers in the Hebrew have meaning. So also in the Aramaic and the Greek.
There is nothing ungodly about gematria. The founders had their focus on Judeo/Christianity, Logic and Reason. Our brains operate off of both Creativity and Logic.
