Watch as the HodgeTwins talk about the 1892 SCOTUS case, McPherson vs. Blacker. They don't mention it by name, but that's the case they are referring to when the SCOTUS ruled that state legislature had plenary rights to decide it's own electors. Ironically, it was a Michigan case. It appears Michigan is in need of a refresher history lesson! 😉
