What IF... the "COVID19" was planned for their main event... to install COMMUNISM but Trump held the cards... which included the extraction.
Face mask was a masses conditioning so when Special Forces went in Wednesday the face coverings were "COVID19 NORMAL /ACCEPTABLE instead of the majority thinking those people are hiding identities behind their masks.
So in Military terms, "Tactical Distraction"... would be various things during the actual operation.
