In his speech on Thursday POTUS talks about a smooth, orderly and continuity transfer of power.
Today he says he will not attend the inauguration on January 20th.
I believe he intends to hand over power to a third military court.
We may be left without an elected president for some time.
For this reason we have aircraft carriers floating in the Pacific (Q38).
The president cannot hand over power to a Chinese agent because he would break his oath.
I don't think he will.
What he can do is set up some sort of interim military government to clean up the elections and prosecute traitors.
He will be completely stripped of power, so that no one can claim that he is carrying out a coup.

Nel suo discorso di giovedì POTUS parla di un trasferimento di potenza regolare, ordinato e di continuità.
Oggi dice che non parteciperà all'inaugurazione del 20 gennaio.
Credo che abbia intenzione di cedere il potere a un terzo tribunale militare.
Potremmo rimanere senza un presidente +eletto per un po' di tempo.
Per questo motivo abbiamo portaerei che galleggiano nel Pacifico (Q38).
Il presidente non può cedere il potere a un agente cinese perchè romperebbe il suo giuramento.
Non credo che lo farà.
Quello che può fare è istituire una sorta di governo militare ad interim con il compito di ripulire le elezioni e di perseguire i traditori.
Sarà completamente spogliato del potere, in modo che nessuno possa affermare che sta attuando un colpo di stato.
