Initiative Q is an attempt by ex-PayPal guys to create a new payment system instead of payment cards that were designed in the 1950s. what's the deal with people putting up videos with no writing, just a click button in the center, and when you click it, it is a black ball ontop of a white ball that does nothing but go round and round, and you can't even click to stop it, and you have to go all the way out and get back in?????????? is this some shlll trying to get into our site and downloading stuff; is this a bad video that just didn't play. there have been numerous of these, and I haven't heard anyone talking about it..please let me know what everyone thinks..
