Does Hydrochloroquine stops the effects of "synthetic nanoparticles?" Does Hydrochloroquine stop the effects of smart dust nanoparticles? Is this why POTUS suggests wearing a mask for now? To prevent breathing in these particles? Is this the Hidden Enemy?
