Two days ago I wrote about how difficult it can be for us woke ppl.
This 'show' is VERY visible for US, but for the vast sleepers it's not. They think of us going even crazier than before and alienate more from us. Getting more angry because they think we have totally lost it.
We on the other hand are amazed by it: how can they NOT see this, BUT ... as it was in the past, you can NOT show them just ONE piece of evidence JUST because they KNOW you're a trump supporter and THEY will DEFEND Byethen (even if they don't ever saw just ONE bit of it) till death. Or so it seems.
So, that said, keeping your hopes up and having faith is becoming even more difficult than it was before.

Yeah well... we are being patient, we are being positive, we come back every time to that positivity, but sometimes we are done, tired and sick of it.
It's hard.
Let not even speak about the THOUGHTS/ANGER we receive FROM that large group of vast sleepers. It's hard to detach sometimes.
And because I KNOW that, when I receive angry or negative thoughts from a living being (are these thoughts mine?) it makes it even more difficult to do your best in detaching ...
What will work ...if the normal tricks like taking a walk, a shower, clean the house etc. doesn't work anymore?
Call someone, or go to see someone and VENT.
Agree together to have a half hour of complaining the shit out.
Say what ever comes to mind and VENT it.
Some ppl really get on your nerves, especially when they are close family, friends, who are vast asleep.
So.. vent it .. let it out.... "He said this, she said that, and then I said this and omg then this and this happened.. "
The more you go into the frustration, the more will come out, from yesterday, last weeks or even last year.
Let it happen, give yourself freedom to vent.
It will clear so much, as so to be able to smile again, really smile again afterwards ..

PS.
If the frustration is not too high, you can try a simple trick: just smile :-) and let the energy flow out, through your feet.
