Each person would get .0456th of an acre which is 221.4 square yards....
which is 1992.6 square feet.
Based on the national family and house-size averages, it could be estimated that about 1000 square feet per person should be calculated.

How many people realize that when they take out a loan they pay the interest on the full term of that loan upfront? Therefore, if they pay the loan off before the term is up they deserve to get some of that interest back!
