- I am a Christian, an individual, a patriot, an American, a capitalist. Some may find this order odd, as American is listed toward the end. Please understand my perspective. I firmly believe that God comes first, that He is Supreme above all things, that He made us as individuals for a reason, that He created a spirit of loyalty in my heart as part of my Nature, and that America came forth in His providence to be a light on a hill to a world both dark and lacking true sight. I also believe that capitalism is true freedom to the individual, allowing a willful bringing of the Way into this world of ours and the freedom to exemplify it.
