Entmachtung der Bundesländer: Seehofer wirbt für Corona-Bundesgesetz = Corona-Ermächtigungsgesetz

Somit würden einheitliche Regeln bundesweit etabliert werden. Die einzelnen Bundesländer hätten dann nichts mehr zu bestimmen. Das käme dann einem endgültigen Ermächtigungsgesetz und somit einer Diktatur gleich.
