I went to pay my utility bill in person, in Texas. The clerk told me I had a zero balance! I had not paid it myself, and have nobody looking over me that could/would have paid it. NESARA? YIPPEE!
On August 8, I placed an online order. The item was inadvertently shipped to my former address (haven't lived there for a year). The package was returned to the USPS to be forwarded to me. Today, Sept. 1, I still haven't received my package. STILL WANT TO VOTE BY MAIL?
