America has been operating as a corporation since the Act of 1871.
Trump dissolved that corporation and re-established America in accordance with the 4 Founding Documents; The Constitution (Written in 1787), Declaration of Independence, Bill of Rights and Federalist Papers.
If Trump took the Oath and assumed Presidency of (New) America, what benefit or disadvantage would there be to let biden pretend to assume the Presidency of (old) America?
What if immediately after Trump taking his Oath (some say he took it yesterday), he turned the entire Country over to the Military to prosecute the treasonous bastards under Military Martial Law? It was clearly determined that the existing (now old) government branches (Judicial and Legislative) were corrupt. As the new Commander in Chief, Trump could not absorb the existing Branches into the new Administration without a major purge of the treasonous bastards.
