When we allow fear to take over, it compromises our body functions on every level.
When we don't deal with our emotions and suppress them the body holds onto them until we finally deal with them, even if this means doing so in another lifetime - learned this the hard way.
And when we focus on the negative things only, not letting go of what we do not have control over, we are attracting more of the same.
