JUST IN - U.S. Senate, on a 55-45 vote, has rejected Paul’s motion to declare the impeachment trial unconstitutional. Senate Minority Leader McConnell voted with Paul.
Five Republican senators sided with Democrats and voted "no" on dismissing the Senate impeachment trial:

• Lisa Murkowski (AK)
• Mitt Romney (UT)
