In a dream once, we were in a military-type airplane very high up, maybe 70-80,000 ft. We were using a special headset and turn dials on a panel to pick up thoughts like people tune a radio using a sensitive and sophisticated ELF radar and transmission beam.
Scanning the ELF range was tedious because it sounds like a lot of noise (especially in highly populated areas), but once a specific target was isolated we could then dial-in on their particular frequency, like a radio.
We could also transmit messages that would appear as thought-forms using scalar waves.
Some times people would be put to sleep by altering their brain waves, their dreams streaming on monitors like movies.
Not sure what we were looking for that day.
