I am a freelance court reporter and scopist who loves to travel. I've participated in Intersteno (the court reporter Olympics) several times and I offer education and training to reporters, reporting students, and attorneys about what court reporting is (and is not!).
Words are powerful and I believe we have a duty to use them kindly but truthfully.
My favorite activities are a walk in the woods, sitting by a waterfall, paddling - generally exploring wherever I find myself - and reading.
I love food... good food... and always try something "local" when I travel.
I also like wine and spirits... in moderation.
I'm a cancer survivor and try to live EVERY MOMENT intentionally.
