I am an American citizen who lives in the Philippines now. The other night I was having severe abdominal pain, so I went to the hospital. I had my appendicitis removed a few years ago, but now the doctors are saying that my intestines are messed up and they want to do surgery, now when they did the blood tests, I came up with a possible positive reaction for covid.
Now they will not do the surgery, unless I pay 80,000pesos up front.
Which 1 dollars, equals 48pesos.
