HOOAH! Elimination of the IRS and the Federal Reserve. On 1 March 2019 HR 25 was introduced into the US Congress to eliminate income taxes and the IRS and replace it with a flat sales tax of 23%. The IRS is to be completely unfunded by 2023. See all the Skull and Bones numbers. HR 25 = 223, 23%, end IRS 223.

This is a second component of the NESAR Act drafted by Barnard (author of the book "Draining The Swamp....". The first part was HR 5404 introduced on, you guessed it, 22.3.2018. This Bill introduces the Gold Standard and effectively eliminates the FED.
