Abdomen lymphatic massages parts 1 and 2

Here is the Abdomen lymphatic massages. It comes in 2 parts (upper and lower abdomen).

Just a note, that if you have had trauma to an area such as surgery, you may notice the areas around there get warm. This is the fluid trying to find a path to the larger drainage area. I had a C Section 5 years ago so when the fluid tries to go up through my abdomen, my back will start to feel warm with the moving fluid build up because the pathways did not heal exactly as they were pre-surgery. So every time I massage my lower abdomen, I also massage my lower back.
