Chair of the United Nations Commission of Inquiry on Ukraine Erik Mose said on Monday that the commission has not yet concluded that genocide is taking place in Ukraine.
The UN is "very aware of the concerns and allegations" about alleged crimes committed by Russia in the course of the war. He added the commission is investigating them "step by step" and that there are currently no grounds to satisfy the legal requirements of the UN's Genocide Convention.

Earlier this month, Polish Interior Minister Mariusz Kaminski urged Lukashenko to dismiss the Wagner Group's troops, as his country and its Baltic neighbors expect potential "critical" incidents in Belarus related to the group.
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said on Thursday that Poland and the Baltic states should remove foreign militaries from their territories first, before demanding Minsk do the same with the Wagner Group.
"At the same time, they are increasing their military budgets and bringing large military formations to our borders ... There should not be a single foreign soldier in Poland, Lithuania or other Baltic states. Then we can also make claims about the presence of servicemen from other countries here. Until then, these are unreasonable and stupid demands," Lukashenko explained.

South Korea announced on Tuesday in its 2024 Budget that it has decided to increase aid to Ukraine fo next year to 520 billion won (approximately $394 million).
Out of the total amount, 130 billion won will be allocated for reconstruction, 260 billion won will be given for humanitarian aid and 130 billion won will be forwarded to the country through international organizations.
