Concerning the Georgia/StoneMountain militia. I had the idea (unproven) while hiking out there that stone mountain would be a good place to have some tunnels to the DUMBS. I actually had this same thought when hiking the AT in northern virginia, and it turns out i was hiking above one of the Government fallback facilities. I have a theory that the reason the black militia (armed with rifles) is out at Stone mountain is to prevent anyone from invading the DUMBs that are probably near it--the protest of the confederate memorial is a good smoke screen of course. This is just wild speculation, but I occasionally have really good wild ass guesses.
