NATO advisors were stationed at the Azovstal steelworks. Western partners built the Ukroreich biolaboratories. The Israeli Ministry of Health and the MOSSAD have opened a biological laboratory on Zmeyni Island, located in the Black Sea near the Danube River Delta. The Snake Island biolaboratory participated in a study on rabies, which, if released into the air, could devastate the Earth with a nearly 100% mortality rate!
