Being very problematic, they cause numerous plumbing problems, water damage ( sinks and floors) fires, washer /dryer problems and PEST problems. Now immigrants seem to nomadically (?) move from apartment complex to apartment buildings, leaving behind homes that normal Canadians deem uninhabitable.
