There is someone who is taking President Trump's Tweets, which are archived, photoshopping them and changing them. I saw one on here, I can not find it, I've looked but when I reverse searched the image they used, it was from an article in Puerto Rico; here it is.

This frustrates me to no end because they are doing it on purpose, spreading false hope and information and that makes them no better han fake news.
