It was called, "Operation Cazador". Anagram is Cardoza. Cardoza just seems all too familiar to me. Does it to anyone else? Although I'm having a hard time finding anything on it, except for Cardoza books that are all about chess, poker and other gambling books. Hum? Also found Cardoza South Beach in Miami. This arrest was made in Jacksonville, FL....right where the hurricane is headed now. Hum? South Beach, FL looks like it is going to be missed.
