A Prayer For America

LORD, Adonai, I thank You for this new day,
A new day where I can praise Your great Name.
You have become my only source of strength,
When daily spiritual warfare comes my way.
Holy is Your Name, I cast my heart before You,
And call on You for grace to face the battles.
I pray for those in need, you know them well,
Big ‘D’ with his way of praising Your Name,
Roy, with the strength of ten men standing tall,
Fill them with Your healing, this I pray daily.
Be with our Pastors, those who shepherd us,
Show them the revelations so they may teach,
And keep us in the Truth of Your perfect Word.
LORD, Adonai, I lift up a prayer for America,
A cry, a lament, a dirge for a dying nation,
One who has rejected Your ways and teachings.
They justify their action by denying the past,
By saying the forefathers never believed in You.
Though they built their ideologies on their faith,
We are now being told that is not what they meant.
All of this to justify a wicked and evil generation,
And I see friends by into it without a single thought.
No questions asked and hands down the just believe,
Then they twist Your Words to justify the means.
Some of my closest friend, I see, need to repent,
When I know they do not know You which is obvious,
By the way they quote Your Word without knowing.
A twisting and turning beyond a blind ignorance,
Yet, they are now part of the collective apostasy.
LORD, I pray for the salvation of this country,
And I pray for our President, give him insight,
Give him wisdom to make the right choices.
I pray, save this nation before it falls. Amen, amen,
In the Name of Your Son, Yeshua HaMashiach.
