Hi everyone, so glad to join this group. I feel kind of a kinship with John's mother. My mother's maiden name was Bouvier. Her ancestors after leaving France settled in Phila. shortly before Jackie's ancestor John Bouvier did. Several of my cousins & I have tried to find some relationship btw. the families, but so far haven't been able to. But Bouvier wasn't a common name so there most likely is somewhere, hoping to find the connection someday. But still feel honored to share the name with such an elegant former First Lady!
