Its a federal crime for any politician, law enforcement officer, or anyone else to violates the oath they took .
Why is nobody every charged/convicted? If the were to enforce this law, they could easily remove every corrupt politician.
Law enforcement could also be charged.
It's a way to keep these people honest but it does no good if not enforced
