With regards to rights to protect life, and well being of others, please find in the video, images a copy of the Notice of Understanding and Claim of Recognition that was given to the State Parties.
I want everyone to know that I am a peaceful loving man, father, husband and neighbor. I am willing to discuss this humanly for the protection of all families in all communities.
I've formally requested the state parties to cease and desist using any chemicals in any community.
