Watkins was charged on Aug. 14 in Garfield County District Court with a felony count of distribution of child pornography, & charged with 4 more felonies on Aug. 28.
On Aug. 11, a woman contacted the Norman Police Dept. after Watkins sent her videos of him molesting an infant.
