Can anyone tell me what happens to the votes for Biden when he drops out and another(michelle) takes his place? I live in a state that has early voting. Early voting and mail in ballots already sent are in for Biden.( hope more for Trump!) But what happens? If you vote for him, can they assign it to the new candidate? Or does it not count? I cannot find the answer.
