Who would spend their government health benefits to go into a hospital thirsty... just so when asking for water, a phone call to family... or to use the restroom... the university police are sent in to punish... that's a 72 hour committment when the doctors haven't talked to the captured... so why would anyone want a judge to choose a torture factory... that is $1,500 a day... and never allow for humane treatment above the shackles and shit that is the L.S.U. emergency room bed... people of the emergency room are made to be there.. the nurses enjoy rigging you up with that cathedar instead of waiting 10 minutes for someone to drink water as quickly as possible...
