Anons think they have identified the man taking the USB hand off from Ruby's daughter as Lawrence Sloan.
Turns out he's the SAME guy caught destroying Trump ballots on November 4th in a video that went viral!
Since the video, Lawrence has been in hiding and even shaved his beard and dyed his hair blond.
But on Friday, he emerged to conduct a "poor me" interview with local Atlanta WSB news to explain that he wasn't really destroying ballots.
