It is ok to be informed. But look at it shortly, try not to put too many feelings into your reactions. I know it is hard! But you will only help building this bad world and it will destroy you in the end!
Therefore take a look, so you are informed, but don’t give it focus! Put your focus on things that make you happy, and think yourself, create a world in your mind, that is good for everyone. Make trips into your wildest fantasy dreams. What should the world truly look like, so that it is good for EVERYONE?
