Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene says she will file articles of impeachment on Joe Biden on his first day as President.
"On January 21st, I’m filing Articles of Impeachment on President-elect JoeBiden, Rep. Greene tweeted Wednesday night.
"75 million Americans are fed up with inaction. It’s time to take a stand. I’m proud to be the voice of Republican voters who have been ignored," her tweet continued.
Greene cited Joe Biden's admission to a threat he made in 2018 to withhold foreign aid to Ukraine if a certain prosecutor was not fired.
"Joe Biden is on record on the phone saying that he would withhold a billion dollars of foreign aid if he didn't get these deals with his son Hunter," she explained.
As tensions rise in Congress, more and more unprecedented political maneuvers are taking shape. Earlier today, the House of Representatives voted to impeach President Trump for "inciting an insurrection," with only a few days left of Trump's presidency.
