From my city: Hospital staff have been advised that they are on mass casualty callback before, during, and after the inauguration. This means that they are expecting high casualties. From our fire department (where I work): Starting this weekend: all fire dept.responses will be accompanied by Police units. All firefighters are ordered to lock their stations and to not leave other than for calls. I'd say the storm is here folks!!!!
