My thoughts:
I don't know if the military has taken control or if Joe Biden is.
I do know it's unprecedented for 30,000 troops making D.C. a fortress with everyone sealed in or out by their dictate.
It just doesn't make any sense on a logical basis.
The Capitol incursion is not enough reason for this drastic a response.
