I feel fine, a little tired during Keto BodyTone Reviews the day - definitely don't feel like I could do a big workout, but want to make sure I am not doing any damage to myself at the higher ketone levels. If you just started following the keto diet and really want to track your ketone levels you'll have to get a blood ketone meter or a breathalyser (I haven't tried this one but is supposed to be reasonably accurate).
