Donald J. Trump is once again a private citizen. If Congress plans on bringing Articles of Impeachment against Donald J. Trump that is stating that Donald J. Trump is still POTUS. Just remember the National Guard of Washington, District of Columbia only listens to the POTUS. The POTUS is the leader of the Washington, D.C. National Guard.
