Chugach: the second largest forest in Alaska
Chugach, Alaska's second-largest national forest, is another impressive haven of rivers, lakes, and mountains where black and brown bears are king. Its glaciers include Columbia, the largest tidal glacier in the world; and the Bering Glacier, the largest in North America. Its size is larger than Switzerland.
