when i tried to get on twitter this evening, i was greeted with a message that said "we've temporarily limited some of your account features" and asked for account validation info including a phone number. I will neve give twatter my phone number, so am i effectively locked out of my account or will that prompt resolve after 12 hours or some limited time period?
